In carrying out our legal and advisory services, we maintain sensitivity to and respect for the unique nature and qualities of each client. 

Our work supports and furthers business’s responsibility to respect human rights consistent with the International Bill of Human Rights and the principles contained in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work as well as the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. In carrying out this work, we assist in identifying current obligations and good practices. 

We proceed from the basis that while some businesses have taken steps to implement their respect for human rights, advice and support is needed to further full implementation by business of the corporate responsibility to respect human rights.
