We provide a range of legal consulting services related to project development, mergers and acquisitions and financing. We can and do act as “general counsel” to a client, implementing a major project or financing transaction, which has a need for legal counsel experienced in participating as a key member of a project implementation team, organizing the various legal aspects of the project, and managing various outside counsel. We can also provide drafting and negotiation services related to a wide range of project and financing documents. At the other end of the spectrum, we also can provide limited consulting services on specific aspects of a transaction or individual documents. Our fee structure is entirely flexible and depends upon the client’s needs and objectives.
