Mr. Dresbach has more than 30 years experience working on significant projects, M&A transactions and financing activities across the globe; much of this experience was with the predecessor companies to LyondellBasell Industries, a leading global chemical/pretrochemical/refining company. He has been extensively involved in transactions in dozens of countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Many of the transactions he has been involved with have been ground-breaking and award-winning. He has lived and worked in Japan, the US, Bangladesh, The Netherlands, and Belgium where he is currently based. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York (since 1986) and has a law degree (JD) from Indiana University.
